ESG Our Progress A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT AND GROUP CEO Scaling with Responsibility: Building Resilient Digital Infrastructure Bruno Lopez President & Group CEO A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT AND GROUP CEO Scaling with Responsibility: Building Resilient Digital Infrastructure MORE Data centres have become some of the most critical infrastructure in the modern economy. Yet the measure of success is changing. It is no longer defined solely by the capacity we deliver or the speed at which we grow. Increasingly, it is defined by our ability to grow responsibly — balancing performance with resilience, expansion with discipline, and rising digital demand with long-term value creation. At STT GDC, this shift is shaping how we operate and evolve as a business. The release of our 2025 ESG Report, centred on the theme of Scaling with Responsibility, reflects a deliberate move from intent to disciplined execution at scale. It reflects how we are embedding greater discipline, resilience and accountability into the way we design, build and operate our business. Strong governance underpins this approach, providing the accountability, risk management and disciplined decision-making required to support sustainable growth. The challenge facing our industry is no longer simply to add capacity. It is to manage the increasing complexity that comes with scale — rising energy demand, climate-related risks, evolving cybersecurity threats, community expectations and the need to build deep organisational capability for the future. As digital infrastructure becomes increasingly critical to economies and businesses, resilience is no longer optional; it is a core requirement.Over the past year, we deepened the integration of ESG across the full lifecycle of our business, from site selection and design through to construction, operations, governance and capital allocation. This integrated approach strengthens our ability to scale with consistency, manage risk effectively and deliver reliable performance across markets, while meeting the increasingly sophisticated requirements of customers supporting next-generation and AI-enabled workloads. In 2025, we made meaningful progress towards our goal of carbon neutrality goal by 2030. Renewable energy accounted for 83.2% of our electricity consumption, while carbon intensity was reduced by 70.5% against our 2021 baseline. We also achieved a year-on-year reduction in absolute emissions despite continued growth in our portfolio and electricity consumption. Operational efficiency continued to improve, with an average PUE of 1.44 (a 13% improvement from our 2020 baseline) and a 41.2% improvement in WUE over the same period. These outcomes reflect our continued focus on efficient operations, responsible resource management and continuous improvement. Our people remain central to our success. Over the past year, we maintained a strong safety performance with a TRIR of 0.1 and continued investing in organisational capability through training, leadership development and workforce partnerships. These investments strengthen the expertise, leadership capability and operational excellence needed to support a growing global platform.Ultimately, Scaling with Responsibility is not about ESG as a standalone agenda. It is about building a stronger business — one that is more efficient, more disciplined and better positioned to create long-term value. It strengthens our ability to support next-generation and AI workloads, manage risk effectively and remain a trusted partner to our customers, communities, employees and investors. The question facing our industry is no longer whether digital infrastructure will continue to grow. It is how that growth is delivered. At STT GDC, we believe long-term success requires more than scale. It requires discipline, accountability and a commitment to creating lasting value for all our stakeholders. That is what Scaling with Responsibility means to us, and it will continue to guide how we build and operate the resilient digital infrastructure that underpins the next phase of economic and technological.
