Our Supplier Code of Conduct

We are committed to the principles of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Our Supplier Code of Conduct lives up to these principles, in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to our business and markets where we operate.

Our Supplier Code of Conduct policy strengthens our approach to managing positive and negative impacts within our value chain by engaging our suppliers and their employees, agents and subcontractors (“Suppliers”).

Our Supplier Code of Conduct policy is intended to inform, and provide specific guidelines to our Suppliers to conduct their business in compliance with laws and regulations, business ethics, diversity and inclusion, environmental protection, and social engagement. These are all areas that contribute to STT GDC’s ambition of unlocking social value by enabling a culture of care for the benefit of greener, more equitable and inclusive societies.

With the publication of our Code of Conduct, we outline our expectations to our Suppliers with respect to business integrity, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues. We also share our approach to fostering engagement with all our Suppliers as we take the important next steps in delivering our contribution toward a sustainable global economy.
