    Uptime Institute created a globally recognised Tier Classification System for data centre reliability and overall performance. It allows various levels of performance to be chosen based on the intended applications and business parameters associated with those applications.

    The TIA-942 Certification Program enables data centres to be reviewed and certified for conformity to the requirements of the globally-recognised ANSI/TIA-942 standard, providing greater assurance to customers and stakeholders.

    The Green DC Standard in Singapore defines a set of performance metrics for data centres to measure their energy efficiency. These metrics provide a common benchmark to help data centres track their performance and improvements.
  • BCA and IMDA have developed the Green Mark scheme for Data Centres
    BCA-IMDA Green Mark
    The BCA-IMDA Green Mark for Data Centres is a dedicated green rating system for data centres in Singapore. It is jointly developed by the BCA and IMDA with the objective to provide recognition and encourage the adoption of energy-efficient design, technologies and systems among the local data centre operators.
