• Routing Resilience and Redundancy: In response to recent regional network outages and disruptions, sessions underscored the importance of robust network design, routing diversity and real-time monitoring to mitigate outages and ensure service continuity for both ISPs and enterprise networks.

• Best Practices in Peering Strategies and Interconnection Models: Discussions focused on the shifting dynamics of data traffic, including the rise of edge computing and content localisation. Participants explored how IXPs are evolving to accommodate hyperscale cloud providers, promote cost efficiency, and enhance latency performance across the Asia-Pacific region.

• Capacity Building for the Future: Workshops and fellowship programs highlighted the need for ongoing talent development and technical expertise.
