ST Telemedia Global Data Centres Certified as a Great Place to Work® for Three Consecutive Years

At STT GDC, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to share that we have been certified as a Great Place to Work® for the third consecutive year in Singapore where we are headquartered. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to fostering a workplace culture rooted in trust, collaboration, and continuous growth.

“Being certified as a Great Place to Work for the third year in a row is a powerful affirmation of the culture we’ve nurtured together. It inspires us to keep building a workplace where every individual feels valued, empowered, and proud to belong,” said Bruno Lopez, President & Group Chief Executive Officer, ST Telemedia Global Data Centres.

Receiving this recognition three years in a row affirms that we are not only cultivating an exceptional workplace culture, but also continuously enhancing the employee experience. This year, we continued to receive strong feedback across key workplace indicators, with 86% of our employees in Singapore saying that STT GDC is a great place to work.

We believe great culture is embedded in how we lead, listen, and grow together. We are also proud to be consistently recognised as a Great Place to Work® across multiple markets where we operate. This year we celebrate six consecutive years of certification in India, along with continued recognition across Southeast Asia – including the Philippines, Indonesia, and most recently, Thailand. These recognitions reflect our commitment to creating inclusive, empowering environments, where every employee can thrive, wherever they are.

At STT GDC, we define employee experience as every touchpoint an individual has with the organisation, from the first interaction as a candidate to the everyday moments that shape our journey at work.

We remain committed to nurturing a workplace that prioritises:

  • A culture of empathy, growth, and care, ensuring every voice is heard and valued

  • Employee well-being and development, through meaningful opportunities for learning and advancement

  • Purpose-driven impact, aligning our work with a broader vision for a sustainable and responsible future

As we celebrate this achievement, we look ahead with renewed energy and focus, continuing to build a workplace where our people can thrive and enable a better digital future for ourselves, and for everyone.
