ST Telemedia Global Data Centres named one of Singapore’s Best Employer 2025

ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) is proud to be named one of Singapore’s Best Employers in 2025 by The Straits Times. The Singapore's Best Employers list is derived from an independent survey conducted by global research firm Statista, encompassing feedback from over 14,000 employees from more than 2,000 companies across 27 industry sectors. The study evaluates employees' perceptions of their employers, based on both direct and indirect recommendations and ratings. With over 2,000 employers considered and more than 380,000 recommendations evaluated, achieving this recognition is a testament to the culture we’ve built – one rooted in empathy, care and growth.

Prioritising Care, Nurturing Well-Being

Recognising the importance of creating a supportive work environment, we have established recreational clubs to promote employee engagement and build strong camaraderie through fun activities such as futsal and badminton. STT GDC also invites experts to deliver presentations to employees on a variety of topics and mental health talks, including mental wellness and overcoming impostor syndrome, particularly on significant occasions such as World Mental Health Day and International Women's Day.

We recognise the indispensable role of a skilled and dedicated workforce in driving our ongoing growth, particularly given the rapid expansion of our industry. To support this, the company has implemented various learning and training programmes to continually develop our people. These include a Leadership Development Programme for middle management employees and an online learning management system, which offers over 200 courses accessible to employees on the go.
