ST Telemedia Global Data Centres earns Great Place to Work certification and named among Best Workplaces in Technology in Singapore

We are proud to share that we have received the Great Place to Work® certification in Singapore where we are headquartered this year. Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, gathering and evaluating employee high-performance cultures using a rigorous methodology with benchmarks surveying over 100 million employees across the globe.

The certification is based on the results of the Trust Index©, a research-backed employee survey administered by the Great Place to Work Institute. With a focus on key values such as collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation, STT GDC was found to have fostered a workplace where more than 90% of employees in Singapore have found STT GDC to be a great place to work.

 

This certification, awarded based on comprehensive employee feedback, serves as an endorsement of our dedication to creating a workplace culture that empowers its employees. Based on survey findings, our employees indicate a notably positive experience, as reflected in their favorable responses across key workplace indicators within the company below.

We are also proud to have been named one of the top-ranked organisations in the Medium category on the 2023 Singapore Best Workplaces ™ in Technology, affirming our efforts to creating a great place to work for our employees.
