Supports the Director in leading the DCSA tower and ensuring inter-department collaboration to provide operational and service excellence for STT GDC in the area of functions related to Audit, Portal, Network architecture and Physical Security while also taking guidance and complying to STT GDC Group DCO policies and standards.

• Be the in-house portal, physical Security, DC Network related architecture and audit Subject Matter Expert for 'in-country' Data Centre fleet.
• Internal escalating point of contact during incident management and ensuring incident closure by working with Technical Service Manager and timely update to internal stakeholders until closure.
• Plan, conceptualise to guide the specialist/leads to drive the Change Management and CAB meeting for all sites.
• Manage and guide the specialists/leads to monitor on service management, measuring, tracking and reporting on operation performance of TAC.
• Plan for STTGDC audit requirement for all sites and support audit preparation and ensuring certifications are achieved and retained.
• Plan and act as "internal" auditor role to ensure site ops adhere to the policies and SOP to ensure continuous operational excellence.
• Plan and prepare Request for Proposal/Quotation and any other documents required for project budget/bids/tenders.
• Oversee and lead any new and ongoing progress, health or other required reports for management.
• Plan the roadmap of admin/ SharePoint portal initiatives and lead it to completion.
• Plan and conceptualise the security plan and lead and supports the quality of the Site security and compliance initiatives as well as DC network Layer 1&2 alignment and oversight.
• Plan and prepare tender requirement for STTGDC related to security, web portal and DC network architecture requirement.
• SPOC in STTGDC ops for any health and safety or pandemic escalation and ensuring the operations adhere the EHS requirement.
• Any other duties or project as assigned by the Management.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Possession of relevant facilities management and/or data centre related certifications, such as ITIL, CDCP, CDCS, etc.
• At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience in working in Data Centre environment related to physical security or Data Centre Network layer 1/2 deployment.
• Experience in project manage web portal development and understand IT related deployment.
• Familiar or proven track record in leading certification programs, including ISO/ISMS 27001, BCP related certification.
• Experience in incident management, change management, problem management.
• Strong capabilities in project management, program management, contracts management and vendor management.
• Familiar with environmental, health and safety management.
• Willing to work beyond standard office hours when required.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
