As Manager (Service Assurance), Group Data Centre Operations (GDCO), you will be part of the Service Assurance team with responsibilities across data centres in Southeast and Northeast Asia. In this role, you will drive the performance of key operational processes to achieve continuous improvement and operational excellence, manage audit programmes to ensure compliance with required certifications including security (ISMS), processes (SMS & BCMS), and energy and environmental standards, and support the deployment and adoption of IT tools and systems to enable process automation and performance reporting.
