Booth No.6, Hall 11(KEN) The UP Global Investor Summit brought together policy makers, corporate leaders, business delegates, academia, political leaders, and government officials to explore business opportunities and forge partnerships. GIS 2023 was an initiative aligned with the Hon'ble Prime Minister's vision of making India a USD 5 Trillion economy and the Government of Uttar Pradesh’s aspirational target of making the state a USD 1 Trillion economy in the next 5 years. STT GDC India was honored to have participated in the #UPGlobal Investors Summit 2023 in Lucknow. Placed at Hall 11, we hosted some of the key bureaucrats and government officials other than people from various industries exploring the data centre colocation. We look forward to continually strengthen our strategic partnership with the state and have signed three MoUs with the Government of UP for 2 data centres in Noida, including the ongoing project in sector 143, Noida, and an additional regional data centre unit in Lucknow which takes our total investment commitment in Uttar Pradesh to 4300 crores. The recent amendments to UP’s Datacenter policy are highly encouraging and optimistic, and we applaud the proactive efforts of the hon’ble Chief minister to strengthen this industry.
