This required the team to develop and test new applications and features while continuing to work on other tech-related enhancements. Earlier, the process of developing an infrastructure and maintaining it to scale up as per customer requirements was time-consuming and tedious. To optimize the process that allowed its tech experts and developers to focus on business outcomes, MakeMyTrip collaborated with STT GDC India to build an infrastructure support that helped in bolstering its innovation-focused tech implementations.
