Hendrikus Hendra Gozali

Country Head, ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (Indonesia)

Hendrikus Hendra Gozali is Country Head of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (Indonesia). He is responsible for the overall sales, operations and business development to strengthen STT GDC's market presence, partnerships and deliver customer value in Indonesia.

 

Prior to joining STT GDC, Hendrikus has held key leadership roles with over 25 years of experience in the critical infrastructure industry across Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Schindler and Trane in Jakarta.

 

Hendrikus holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Trisakti University in Indonesia.

Mr Liu Chee Ming is Chairman and Director on the board of STT GDC Indonesia JVCo Pte. Ltd.


Mr Liu is currently the Managing Director of Platinum Holdings Company Limited, which he established in March 1996.  He is an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of OUE Commercial REIT Management Pte. Ltd. since September 2019.  He is also an Independent Director of OUE Hospitality Trust Management Pte. Ltd. since June 2013.  In June 2018, he was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited.  He was also appointed as a Director of SingEx-Sphere Holdings Pte Ltd (now known as Constellar Holdings Pte. Ltd.) in April 2021 and a Non-Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited in May 2021.


Mr Liu was a member of the Takeovers Appeal Committee and the Deputy Chairman of the Takeovers and Mergers Panel of the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong from April 2008 to March 2010, April 2014 to March 2016 and April 2018 to March 2020. Since July 2019 he has been appointed as a member of the Listing Review Committee of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.


Mr Liu has been a Governor of the Singapore International School (Hong Kong) since May 2006 and was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Singapore International School (Hong Kong) in January 2020.


Mr Liu was an Independent Supervisor of the Supervisory Committee of Dalian Wanda Commercial Properties Co., Ltd. (a company which was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and privatised in September 2016) from May 2015 to March 2019.


Mr Liu has over 40 years of experience across the financial services sector across Asia Pacific.


Mr Liu holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from the former University of Singapore.

Mr Zulkifli Bin Baharudin serves as Director on the board of STT GDC Indonesia JVCo Pte. Ltd.

 

Since 2011, Mr Zulkifli has been serving as the executive chairman of Indo-Trans Corporation, a logistics and supply chain company across Indo-China.  Since 2004, he has also been serving as a managing director of Global Business Integrators Pte. Ltd.  Mr Zulkifli has been the Non-Executive Director on the Board of Virtus HoldCo Limited and Omni Holdco, LLC since 2017 and 2018, respectively.  Mr Zulkifli also serves as Singapore’s Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.  From 1997 to 2001, he also served as a nominated member of the Parliament in Singapore.

 

Mr Zulkifli holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Arif Rachmat serves as Director on the board of STT GDC Indonesia JVCo Pte. Ltd.

 

Mr Rachmat oversees a private holding company with significant investments in various publicly-listed companies including ADRO, ADMR energy groups, TAPG, DSNG, KMTR agriculture groups, ASSA mobility, logistic groups including Anteraja and Autopedia (ASLC), DRMA autoparts manufacturing, ESSA Ammonia, LNG, as well as privately-owned companies such as Daya automotive group and Family Office.

 

Mr Rachmat holds leadership roles as the Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN), and Indonesia Business Association (APINDO) for Agriculture.  He serves as the Chairman of B20 Task Force “Trade & Investment” 2022, Endeavor Indonesia and Global Agribusiness Alliance (GAA) in 2020.  He is an active member of the Board of Trustee of Asia Business Council (ABC), Prasetiya Mulya University, Singapore Management University (SMU), The Nature Conservancy Indonesia (YKAN), the Partnership for Indonesia’s Sustainable Agriculture (PISAgro), Syariah Economic Society (MES) and Prestasi Junior Indonesia (PII).  In addition, he is a Board of Advisor in Asia Partners and Growtheum Private Equities.

 

In philanthropy and stewardship, Mr Rachmat serves as Chairman of GK Indonesia Foundation and a Board Member of Temasek Foundation International.  He is a member of the Young Global Leaders of The World Economic Forum as well as Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

 

Mr Rachmat graduated cum laude with Master’s and B.S. degrees in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.  Upon graduation, he worked for General Electric Company in the U.S. and globally in various leadership roles including Six Sigma and Corporate Audit Staff.

Mr Ing Hie Kwik serves as Director on the board of STT GDC Indonesia JVCo Pte. Ltd.

 

Mr Ing Hie Kwik has been an Operating Partner at Temasek since 2018.  Prior to Temasek, he founded and managed Sternbridge Partners (2015 to 2018), which invested a significant minority stake in DCI, one of the most successful data centers in Indonesia.  From 2009 to 2014, Mr Ing Hie Kwik was Indonesia Country Head of Affinity Equity Partners, a private equity with over USD8 billion of assets under management.  During this time, he developed a deal pipeline, assisted in global fund raising and invested USD150 million in an automotive company where he had led a transformation that increased the value five-fold in less than three years.  Mr Ing Hie Kwik was President Director of Morgan Stanley Indonesia from 2007 to 2009.  Earlier in his career, he held consulting and merchant banking roles at Booz Allen & Hamilton, Mckinsey and Barents.  He also founded the Asset Management Group of Indonesia (AMGI), which acquired a distressed debt portfolio and advised on over USD550 million of M&A transactions in banking and infrastructure.  While running AMGI, he was asked to serve as an expert witness in a billion-dollar lawsuit in the High Court of Singapore.

 

Mr Kwik graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, USA.

Bruno Lopez

Director

Bruno Lopez is President and Group Chief Executive Officer of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). He has been responsible for the overall leadership, direction, growth, and development of the STT GDC group since its inception in 2014. He is also concurrently Deputy Chief Executive Officer at ST Telemedia (STT).

 

Under his leadership, STT GDC has become one of the fastest-growing data centre providers in Asia and Europe. The company has built a substantial portfolio of integrated data centres across a global platform serving all the major cloud service providers and enterprises in Singapore, India, Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia and the Philippines; through VIRTUS Data Centres in the UK and Germany, and GDS in China. In addition to his role as President and Group CEO, Bruno also sits on the Board and chairs the Executive Committees in all these companies.

 

Bruno has been instrumental in steering the company to achieve market leadership in significant economies, solidifying the STT GDC group's reputation as a prominent player in the global data centre industry. An industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and data centres industry, Bruno was most recently named to Capacity Media’s 2023 Power 100 list, recognising his contributions to the wholesale carrier and ICT industry.

 

Bruno’s track record includes founding roles as the CEO and Executive Director of Keppel Data Centres where he played a key role in building up the company's growth and expansion in Asia and Europe. He also established the Securus Data Property Fund, an investment fund focused on data centre assets in the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and the Middle East, which later merged with Keppel Data Centres' assets during the company's SGX REIT listing.

 

Bruno holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours from the National University of Singapore and a Master’s from Rutgers University, USA.
