With the increase in AI demand, ongoing shift to cloud, and lifestyle changes in media consumption, large hyperscale data centres will play a crucial role in the support of digital transformation by 2025. The expansion of usage in ultra high-density servers and high-speed broad band connection needs will accelerate. Two new data centres with 60,000 square metres of gross floor area and up to 70 MW of IT load capacity will be developed in Greater Tokyo area, the centre of connecting points for both Asia and US. Our first building is expected to be ready for service in Q2 2025.
